- (a) Deer and related animals shall be provided with an enclosure that will ensure unrestricted movement for each animal.
- (b) Propagators of sika, fallow, red deer, or elk or permit holders of pre-existing regulated shooting areas for whitetail deer or elk shall provide an enclosure at least 8 feet high and a minimum of 2,000 square feet per animal.
