Power to Inspect

- (a) The executive director or the director’s agents shall inspect wildlife, facilities, permits, or records under the control of the permittee for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with this part. Such inspection shall be undertaken at a time agreed upon by the director or the director’s agent and the permittee.
- (b) An inspection of facilities, cages, or enclosures shall occur prior to the issuance of any permit, if the applicant has not held a permit for the regulated activities in the previous year.
- (c) An inspection shall not be required for wildlife on the controlled possession list, as specified in Table 800.02 and jointly on the release list, as specified in Table 800.3.
