Any person importing wildlife, including fish, after obtaining a permit pursuant to Fis 803.05 shall make notification to the fish and game department, within 5 days of importation, that wildlife has been brought into the state by completing the “Notification of Import of Wildlife” form, Rev 04/2026, available on the department’s website at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/licenses-and-permits/license-forms.
