1. (a) No person shall import wildlife that has been designated as prohibited pursuant to (b) below or Fis 803.05(b).

2. (b) For the purposes of this part, the following species or groups of wildlife shall be designated as prohibited:

   1. (1) The following invertebrates:

      1. a. Zebra mussels (Dreissena polymorpha, D. bugensis);
      2. b. Spiny waterflea (Bythotrephes cederstroemi);
      3. c. Fishhook waterflea (Cercopagis pengoi);
      4. d. All non-indigenous crayfish; and
      5. e. Asiatic clam (Corbicula fluminea);

   2. (2) The following fish:

      1. a. Walking catfish (Clarias batrachus);
      2. b. White amur or grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella);
      3. c. Black carp (Mylopharyngodaon piceus);
      4. d. European rudd (Scardinius erythophthalmus);
      5. e. Round goby (Neogobius melanostomus);
      6. f. Tubenose goby (Proterhinus marmoratus);
      7. g. Ruffe (Gymnocephalus cernuus);
      8. h. Snakeheads (Channidae);
      9. i. Bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis); and
      10. j. Silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix); and

   3. (3) The following mammals and their hybrids:

      1. a. Caribou or Reindeer (Rangifer tarandus);
      2. b. Deer, white-tailed (Odocoileus virginianus);
      3. c. Deer, red (Cervus elaphus);
      4. d. Deer, sika (Cervus nippon);
      5. e. Elk (Cervus elaphus canadensis);
      6. f. Moose (Alces alces); and
      7. g. Raccoon dog (Nyctercutes procyonides).
