- (a) “Salmonids” means all species and hybrids of the family Salmonidae, a list of which is available from the American Fisheries Society, Special Publication 37, “Common and Scientific Names of Fishes from the United States, Canada and Mexico”, Eighth Edition (2023), available as indicated in Appendix II.
(b) “Warmwater species of fish” means those species of fish of the following families:
- (1) Centrarchidae;
- (2) Esocidae;
- (3) Percidae;
- (4) Ictaluridae; and
- (5) Moronidae.
- (c) “Zone 1” means the area that includes the continental United States and Canada excluding the states or provinces listed in zone 2.
- (d) “Zone 2” means the area that includes the states of Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Alaska, British Columbia, or any European country.
