- (a) Clams (Mya arenaria) taken or possessed under Fis 606 shall not be bought, sold, offered for sale, exchanged, or traded.
- (b) No person shall possess quahogs, littlenecks, or cherrystones (Mercenaria mercenaria) less than one inch in shell thickness.
- (c) Clams (Mya arenaria) less than two inches in length shall have been taken in compliance with the laws and rules of the state of origin.
