1. (a) Schools holding intra-scholastic fishing tournaments shall provide the New Hampshire fish and game department, fisheries division, with the following information at least 3 days prior to the beginning of their intra-scholastic tournament:

   1. (1) School name;
   2. (2) Contact name;
   3. (3) Contact phone number and email address;
   4. (4) Tournament date;
   5. (5) Water body;
   6. (6) Maximum number of boats;
   7. (7) Species targeted; and
   8. (8) If tournament operates under a format of catch, measure, and immediate release.
2. (b) Intra-scholastic fishing tournaments shall be conducted as specified in Fis 503.02(d), Fis 503.05, and Fis 503.06(a), (d) and (e).
3. (c) Schools shall report as specified in Fis 503.04.
