- (a) Any person conducting a fishing tournament, except kids derbies as described in Fis 503.05(k) and black bass tournaments reported as specified in paragraph (b) below, shall submit form “General Tournament Record Form”, Rev 01/26, available online at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/fishing-new-hampshire/tournaments.
- (b) Any person conducting a black bass tournament, as specified in Fis 503.06, shall complete the on-line form “Bass Tournament Record Form”, Rev 01/26, available at https://www.wildlife.nh.gov/fishing-new-hampshire/tournaments.
- (c) In addition to the requirements in paragraph (a) above, fishing tournaments with a lake trout or landlocked salmon category shall report individual lengths and weights of fish entered.
- (d) All record forms shall be completed within 30 days after the end of the fishing tournament.
