(a) In the Salmon Falls River the exceptions to the general ice fishing and open water restrictions as specified in Fis 410.02 and Fis 410.03 shall be as follows:
- (1) The open water fishing season for the Salmon Falls River shall be January 1 to December 31; and
- (2) The Salmon Falls River shall be closed to ice fishing.
