Validity of Licenses

- (a) Vermont resident fishing licenses and New Hampshire fishing licenses shall be deemed valid for the taking of fish in the Connecticut River. For the purposes of this, “Connecticut River” means all waters of the river including the bays, set backs, and tributaries, only to the first highway bridge crossing said tributaries on the Vermont and New Hampshire sides.
- (b) A person holding a New Hampshire non-resident license shall only take fish from that portion of the Connecticut River east of the Vermont low water mark.
- (c) A person holding a Vermont non-resident license shall only take fish from that portion of the Connecticut River west of the Vermont low water mark.
