- (a) “Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)” means any device capable of flight which is remotely, automatically, or otherwise piloted without an occupant, including drones.
(b) “Smart rifle” means any firearm that is equipped with one or more of the following:
- (1) A target tracking system;
- (2) An electronically-controlled, electronically-assisted, or computer-linked trigger; or
- (3) A ballistics computer.
- (c) “Take or taking” means “take or taking” as defined in RSA 207:1, XXVII.
