Mandatory Pre-Hearing Disclosure of Witnesses and Exhibits

At least 5 working days before the hearing the parties shall exchange a list of all witnesses to be called at the hearing with a brief summary of their testimony, a list of all documents or exhibits to be offered as evidence at the hearing, and a copy of each document or exhibit.
