Any person aggrieved may seek further review in accordance with RSA 541of a decision by the executive director to:

1. (a) Grant or deny an administrative hearing to a person following entry of an order of suspension of a license, permit or registration; or

2. (b) Reduce, refuse to reduce, or expand the term of a suspension of a license, permit, or registration issued by the department.
