N.H. Code Admin. R. Fis 1306.01 – Guide Patch

(a) Every licensed guide, while engaged in the business of guiding, shall wear, in a conspicuous place on their clothing, a patch to be furnished by the executive director upon the issuance of the license. Such patch shall not be worn by any individual who is not a licensed guide.
(b) If a licensed guide ceases to hold a guide’s license, whether due to license revocation or voluntary license expiration, the person shall not wear the patch issued by the executive director.
