N.H. Code Admin. R. Fis 1302.02 – Ethical Responsibilities of Guides

(a) A guide shall fully cooperate with all law enforcement officers, private landowners, and other wildlife officials.
(b) A guide shall abide by and advise all clients of all applicable conservation and game state and federal laws, statutes, regulations, and rules and shall not condone violation of the same.
(c) A guide shall accurately advise all clients of the weather conditions, terrain, and fish and game populations that are likely to be encountered and the equipment needs, physical endurance, and outdoor skills that might be necessary or required to achieve the goals of the engagement.
(d) A guide shall, at all times, take all steps reasonably required to provide for the safety of clients, employees, and other persons known to be in the area of the engagement.
