- (a) A chief instructor shall be approved as a hunter education volunteer instructor and shall be responsible for all aspects of scheduling, organizing, facilitating, and coordinating team members in conducting classes, submitting course results, and requesting materials.
- (b) Chief instructors shall be appointed by the hunter education coordinator of the fish and game department.
- (c) Chief instructors shall be selected based on knowledge of subjects taught in the hunter education program, educational background, teaching experience with the hunter education program, and leadership qualities.
