“Mental health condition” means a condition defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR)(2022), available as provided in Appendix B, diagnosed by a psychologist or psychiatrist, based upon mental status examination or psychological testing.
