Each non-specialist trainer employed by the training program shall:

1. (a) Be a currently certified family mediator;

2. (b) Have at least 50 hours of previous presentation experience gained through:

   1. (1) Presenting a portion of a 40-hour core mediation training as further described in Fam 303.05;
   2. (2) Presenting continuing education for mediators in presentations that are each at least 3 hours long; or
   3. (3) A combination of (1) and (2) above;
3. (c) Have performed, within the last 3 years, at least 250 hours of face-to-face mediation in at least 20 family cases; and

4. (d) Have completed, within the last 3 years, at least 6 hours of training in:

   1. (1) Advanced mediation;
   2. (2) Teaching the adult student; or
   3. (3) A combination thereof.
