The responsibilities of the board are:

1. (a) Adopting rules relative to:

   1. (1) Disciplinary conduct in accordance with RSA 328-C:7;
   2. (2) Qualifications of applicants;
   3. (3) Content of internships and duration of internships;
   4. (3) Establishing eligibility and reporting requirements for certified training programs;
   5. (4) Establishing continuing education requirements;
   6. (5) Ethical and professional standards for the practice of licensees; and
   7. (6) Any other matters necessary for the proper administration of RSA 328-C; and
2. (b) The adjudication of proceedings in compliance with Plc 200.
