1. (a) Notice of the time and place of committee meetings, excluding emergency meetings, is given in accordance with RSA 91-A:2, II.

2. (b) Information about the time and place of committee meetings shall also be available:

   1. (1) By telephone at the number stated in Eth 104.01(b); and
   2. (2) By TTY/TDD through the number stated in Eth 104.01(c).
