The following activities and crossings shall be exempt from Env-Wt 903 and Env-Wt 904, provided they are conducted in accordance with all applicable conditions:

1. (a) Minimum impact routine roadway maintenance activities conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 308.04, or Env-Wt 309.03
2. (b) Minimum impact projects to allow vehicular access to a piece of property for forest management activities, conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 520;
3. (c) Minimum impact agricultural activities conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 522;
4. (d) Minimum impact trail activities conducted in accordance with Env-Wt 517; and
5. (f) Temporary crossings, so long as the area in which the crossing was placed is restored to pre-installation conditions when the crossing is removed.
