1. (a) Proposed transient public use access point structures shall not be approved unless they provide a benefit to the public, such as a docking facility that is open to the general public for transient use.
2. (b) The configuration and dimensions for commercial structures shall conform to the standards in Env-Wt 606.02 and Env-Wt 606.03.
