In addition to the approval criteria in Env-Wt 313.01, CFA requirements in Env-Wt 603.04, vulnerability assessment requirements in Env-Wt 603.05, and general plan requirements in Env-Wt 311.05 and Env-Wt 603.05, plans submitted with an application for an overwater structure shall include the following:

1. (a) A plan view, depicting the following:

   1. (1) The location of the landward boundary of the FNP or, if no FNP is present, the landward boundary of the navigational channel;
   2. (2) The location and dimensions of all existing shoreline structures on the subject property;
   3. (3) The location and dimensions of all proposed structures; and
   4. (4) For commercial tidal docks, public docks, and industrial tidal docks, certification by a professional engineer that the dock has been designed for its intended use;

2. (b) An elevational view, depicting the following:

   1. (1) The location and dimensions of all proposed structures, including permanent piers, pilings, float stop structures, ramps, floats, and dolphins; and
   2. (2) The location of the landward boundary of the FNP or, if no FNP is present, the landward boundary of the navigational channel;

3. (c) For dock maintenance projects that are classified as minimum impact under Env-Wt 606.17, the applicant shall provide the following information as part of the application:

   1. (1) Application certifications in Env-Wt 311.11;
   2. (2) A plan showing the location and dimensions of all existing structures;
   3. (3) An identification of those pilings and structures to be repaired or replaced; and

   4. (4) Photographs showing the repair project from:

      1. a. The docking structures looking waterward; and
      2. b. The end of the dock looking towards the shoreland attachment; and

4. (d) For minor impact dock maintenance projects under Env-Wt 606.04(c), the applicant shall provide the following information as part of the standard application:

   1. (1) Application certifications in Env-Wt 311.11;
   2. (2) Plans and photographs as described in (c) above; and
   3. (3) A coastal functional assessment pursuant to Env-Wt 603.04.
