The project-specific information required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(11) for a pond application shall be as follows:

1. (a) A narrative identifying:

   1. (1) The purpose of the pond construction; and
   2. (2) How the pond design matches the purpose and topography of the site;
2. (b) A hydric soils map, showing the location of any poorly drained soils or very poorly drained soils and their proximity to the location of the proposed project shall be prepared by a certified wetland scientist or certified soil scientist;

3. (c) A cross section plan showing the:

   1. (1) Existing substrate type;
   2. (2) Existing and proposed depth of substrate;
   3. (3) Existing vegetative cover;
   4. (4) Proposed depth of dredging; and
   5. (5) Proposed water depths and cross-section;
4. (d) An invasive species control plan including elements for containment, dewatering, and disposal;

5. (e) A detailed construction sequence plan identifying:

   1. (1) Methods, timing, and sequence of siltation and erosion control;
   2. (2) Dewatering methods;
   3. (3) Ingress and egress locations; and
   4. (4) The upland non-jurisdictional location where dredge material will be stored temporarily for dewatering;
6. (f) A description of the material and area to be dredged including the volume of material to be dredged, in cubic yards;
7. (g) Square footage of the area to be dredged; and
8. (h) The proposed upland disposal site for the dredged material.
