1. (a) The project-specific information required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(11) for a breakwater application shall be as specified in (b) and (c), below.

2. (b) The following information shall be shown on the plan required by Env-Wt 311.03(b)(4):

   1. (1) Dimensions of the structure, including dimensions at the toe of slope;
   2. (2) The dimensions visible at normal high water level;
   3. (3) The direction of prevailing wave activity;
   4. (4) A line representing the 50-foot distance from the shoreline within which a breakwater may be constructed pursuant to Env-Wt 512.04(e)(1);
   5. (5) All docking structures on the subject property or otherwise associated with the subject property; and
   6. (6) The construction sequence that will be followed.

3. (c) The applicant also shall provide:

   1. (1) Cross-sections showing the height and slope of the structure and the normal high water line; and
   2. (2) A complete list of all construction materials.
