The following project-specific information shall be provided on the plans submitted for all applications proposing impacts associated with a water access structure project, as applicable:

1. (a) The normal high water line;
2. (b) The limits of the bank(s);
3. (c) The amount of shoreline frontage for the subject property;
4. (d) For a beach, the volume, in cubic yards, of sand to be used;
5. (e) All temporary impact areas;
6. (f) Stormwater diversion methods to be used; and

7. (g) A cross section showing the following information:

   1. (1) The difference in elevation between the lowest point of the shoreline slope to be impacted by the structure and the highest point of the shoreline slope to be impacted;
   2. (2) The linear distance across the proposed project area as measured along a straight line between the lowest point of the shoreline slope to be impacted by the structure and the highest point of the shoreline slope to be impacted;

   3. (3) If a retaining wall is proposed as part of the project:

      1. a. The proposed height and width of the wall to be constructed;
      2. b. The type and materials of construction; and
      3. c. Any stormwater diversion methods and drainage associated with the proposed wall; and
   4. (4) Design details and specifications of any pervious surface to be employed.
