The following conditions shall apply to all work done pursuant to an EXP:

1. (a) No other work shall be done on the subject property pursuant to another EXP, PBN, or an SPN for a period of 12 months from the date the EXP was issued unless the property owner submits information, including a plan, to demonstrate that:

   1. (1) The proposed work is wholly unrelated to and separate from the work already done under the EXP, PBN, or SPN; and
   2. (2) The proposed work and the work already done under the EXP, PBN, or SPN do not, when combined, constitute a project for which a standard permit is required;
2. (b) The work shall comply with all applicable conditions specified in Env-Wt 307; and
3. (c) Any work shall be timed and carried out to protect documented occurrences of cold water or threatened or endangered fisheries.
