The purpose of this chapter is to establish procedures for actions arising under RSA 482-A relative to:
- (a) Non-adjudicative hearings;
- (b) Appeals of permitting and enforcement decisions;
- (c) Requests for waivers of requirements established in subtitle Env-Wt; and
- (d) Requests for waivers under RSA 482-A:26, III(b).
