- (a) The owner shall submit a copy of the draft EAP prepared pursuant to Env-Wr 504.02 to the department for review.
- (b) The department shall review the document for compliance with this chapter and, within 60 days of submittal, notify the owner in writing of its approval of the EAP or of any inadequacies requiring revision and resubmission.
