Breach Analysis Required Due to Reconstruction

The owner shall complete a new or revised breach analysis, as applicable, to ascertain the impacts of a dam failure if:
- (a) The dam is reconstructed, resulting in a higher normal pool level or an increase in impoundment storage;
- (b) A change in structural configuration could result in failure modes that reduce or increase the effects of a dam failure; or
- (c) A change in the discharge capacity could result in reducing or increasing the effects of a dam failure.
