- (a) The engineer shall submit an inspection report to the department within 60 days of the completion of the project.
(b) The report shall include:
- (1) A copy of all test results;
- (2) The engineer’s and agent’s, if one or more are employed, observations of the work items specified in Env-Wr 405.05;
- (3) Summary of weekly progress reports for all inspections, including representative photographs;
- (4) Documentation of all department-approved changes in design;
- (5) Foundation conditions observed during excavation; and
- (6) Any other data pertinent to determining the integrity of the structure, including unexpected conditions or unusual circumstances observed during the project.
