1. (a) Within 10 days of receipt of an application, the department shall provide the owner with the following:

   1. (1) The dam number;
   2. (2) The date of receipt of the application; and
   3. (3) A statement that construction shall not commence until the department and all other appropriate state or federal agencies have granted final approval.

2. (b) Within 30 days of classification by the department, the department shall provide the owner with the following:

   1. (1) Design and construction requirements for the particular structure depending upon classification; and
   2. (2) Specific information needed for design review per Env-Wr 403 if the submitted design is lacking in particular areas.
