1. (a) Each YRC shall have a director who is at least 21 years of age.
2. (b) The director of a residence camp shall have at least 2 seasons of previous administrative or supervisory experience in residential youth recreation camping.
3. (c) The director of a day camp shall have at least 2 seasons of previous administrative or supervisory experience in youth recreation camping, youth education and development, or other youth recreation programs.

4. (d) No individual shall be a director who has any criminal conviction for any offense involving:

   1. (1) Causing or threatening direct physical injury to any individual;
   2. (2) Causing or threatening harm of any nature to any child or children; or
   3. (3) Unlawfully taking property of another, whether through force or threat of force or through deception.
5. (e) If a YRC owner has any criminal conviction for any offense listed in (d), above, the owner shall not have one-on-one contact with any camper.
