1. (a) Any person to whom a sludge hauler permit has been issued who wishes to renew the permit shall submit the information required in Env-Wq 805.01 and the permit fee specified in Env-Wq 805.04 to the department prior to the expiration of the permit.
2. (b) If the renewal application is submitted prior to the expiration of the permit, the permit holder may continue to operate under the terms of the permit as provided in RSA 541-A:30, I, even if a decision on the renewal application has not been made prior to the expiration date.
3. (c) If the renewal application is not submitted prior to the expiration of the permit, the permit holder shall discontinue operating under the terms of the permit and apply for a new permit.
