A complete summary of the proposed design criteria for solids handling processes shall be provided in the basis of design, including:

1. (a) Intended disposal methods;
2. (b) Projected design year loadings;
3. (c) A detailed description and analysis of the design criteria used to select an alternative design, if applicable;
4. (d) Projected performance; and
5. (e) Proposed odor control technology.
