Any supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system included in the design shall have the following minimum capabilities:

1. (a) Air flow rate and flow pacing of blowers;
2. (b) Alarm generation and history;
3. (c) Influent flow history and trending;
4. (d) Dissolved oxygen history and trending;

5. (e) Power monitoring for main process pumps and motors and blowers and motors, including at a minimum the ability to monitor:

   1. (1) Power factor data at equipment startup;
   2. (2) Total harmonic distortion; and
   3. (3) Total energy usage;
6. (f) Return activated sludge pump flow rate and pacing;
7. (g) Real time monitoring and recording of energy use; and

8. (h) Automated equipment system monitoring and control for the following, as applicable:

   1. (1) Pumps;
   2. (2) Chemical feed systems;
   3. (3) Disinfection;
   4. (4) Aeration system;
   5. (5) Digester; and
   6. (6) Dewatering.
