If ownership of a facility having a holding tank registration is transferred, then:

1. (a) The registrant shall provide the new owner’s name, mailing address, and daytime telephone number in writing to the department at least 10 days but not more than 30 days prior to the transfer; and
2. (b) The new facility owner shall register the holding tank with the department under Env-Wq 402.38(c), within 30 days after the transfer.
