1. (a) Each application for an initial certification or a renewal certification shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount shown in table 2203-1, below:

2. (b) An application submitted under Env-Wq 2203.02(b) or Env-Wq 2203.06(b) shall be accompanied by an application fee of $350.
3. (c) Fees, if paid by check or money order, shall be made payable to “Treasurer - State of NH.”
