1. (a) Each water user that is not an agriculture water user, a limited water user, or the owner of a mobile facility that qualifies for an intermittent registration under Env-Wq 2102.32(a)(1) shall report to the department in accordance with this section.
2. (b) Except as provided in (c), below, each water user that is subject to this section shall submit the information required by Env-Wq 2102.17(d) and Env-Wq 2102.18 to the department every 3 calendar months within the first 45 calendar days following the reporting period.

3. (c) The following water users shall submit the information required by Env-Wq 2102.17(d) and Env-Wq 2102.18 to the department as specified in Table 2102-3, below:
