The owner shall:

1. (a) Identify the source(s) and amount of water used for existing and anticipated future uses of water associated with the ICI water user, including but not limited to the following:

   1. (1) Heating;
   2. (2) Cooling;
   3. (3) Processing;
   4. (4) Product ingredient;
   5. (5) Sanitary use; and
   6. (6) Outdoor water use; and

2. (b) Identify all existing and proposed water-using equipment associated with the water uses in (a) above, including but not limited to the following:

   1. (1) Mechanical systems;
   2. (2) Single-pass cooling equipment;
   3. (3) Laboratory and medical equipment;
   4. (4) Sanitary fixtures and equipment;
   5. (5) Laundry equipment;
   6. (6) Commercial kitchen equipment;
   7. (7) Irrigation systems; and
   8. (8) Vehicle washing.
