Pipe Under Wheel Loads

Pipe used under wheel loads shall be:
(a) Certified by the manufacturer or distributor, or by a P.E., as being able to withstand anticipated wheel loads and installed as specified by the manufacturer; or
(b) Buried at least 4 feet underground or insulated.
