Upon conducting an inspection of a facility, the department shall, subject to RSA 91-A:

1. (a) Make a written report listing the conditions found during the inspection;
2. (b) Keep the report on file at the department; and

3. (c) Provide a copy of the report to the owner or operator or their agent, if requested.
