N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-Sw 1610.02

Certificate Content

Effective May 1, 2023#10600, eff 7-1-14; ss by #13623, eff 5-1-23Solid Waste Programs

Each certificate issued pursuant to Env-Sw 1610.01 shall contain:

(a) A unique certificate number;
(b) The name of the certificate holder;
(c) The expiration date of the certificate;
(d) The operator’s status as a principal operator or assistant operator; and
(e) The operator’s step designation.
