1. (a) All piping and dispenser containment sumps shall be maintained:

   1. (1) Free of liquid and debris;
   2. (2) In good working order to perform their original design function; and
   3. (3) Liquid-tight at their sides and bottom.

2. (b) Spill containment equipment shall be maintained:

   1. (1) Free of liquid and debris;
   2. (2) In good working order to perform its original design function; and
   3. (3) Liquid tight at its sides and bottom.
3. (c) All gauges, alarms, and automatic or mechanical devices associated with overfill protection shall be maintained in good working order to perform their original design function.
