When ownership of an AST facility is transferred, then:

1. (a) The new owner shall file an amended registration form with the department no later than 30 days after the transfer; and

2. (b) The owner who is transferring ownership shall:

   1. (1) Notify the department of the transfer of ownership no later than 10 days after the transfer; and
   2. (2) Deliver to the new owner all documents and information related to the facility that are required to be maintained by Env-Or 304.05.
