Transporter Requirements

Any person who transports recyclable materials used for precious metal recovery shall comply with:
- (a) The notification requirements of Env-Hw 602;
- (b) The manifest requirements of Env-Hw 604;
- (c) The delivery requirements of Env-Hw 606;
- (d) The registration requirements of Env-Hw 609; and
- (e) For precious metals exported to or imported from other countries for recovery, 40 CFR 262 Subpart H and 40 CFR 265.12.
