1. (a) An owner, operator, or responsible agent shall comply with the manifest discrepancy requirements of 40 CFR 264.72(a) through (c) and 40 CFR 265.72(a) through (c), as applicable.

2. (b) An owner, operator, or responsible agent shall correct the following discrepancies:

   1. (1) Significant differences, as that term is defined in 40 CFR 264.72(b) and 40 CFR 265.72(b), as applicable;
   2. (2) Incorrect or missing EPA identification numbers, generator names and addresses; and
   3. (3) Missing fee exemption codes as provided in Env-Hw 510.03.
3. (c) Post-receipt manifest data corrections shall be made in accordance with 40 CFR 264.71(l) and 40 CFR 265.71(l), as applicable.
4. (d) If a post-receipt manifest data correction pertains to a shipment that was accompanied by a paper manifest or a manifest that was printed for the generator’s signature, the owner, operator, or responsible agent shall notify the generator of the correction.
