1. (a) A generator shall immediately contain and cleanup, within 24 hours, any discharge of hazardous waste or material that, when discharged, becomes a hazardous waste.
2. (b) All recovered hazardous waste, contaminated soil or surface water, and any other materials that result from a discharge shall be properly managed in accordance with this chapter and Env-Or 600.
3. (c) If the hazardous waste discharge cannot be or is not cleaned up within 24 hours, then the generator shall comply with the requirements of Env-Or 600.
