1. (a) Any person who exports or imports hazardous waste, except NH-only waste, shall comply with 40 CFR 262 Subpart H.
2. (b) In accordance with 40 CFR 262.82, exports and imports of hazardous waste shall be subject to the level of control specified in “Guidance Manual for the Control of Transboundary Movements of Recoverable Wastes, copyright 2009, Annex B: OECD Consolidated List of Wastes Subject to the Green Control Procedure and Annex C: OECD Consolidated List of Wastes Subject to the Amber Control Procedure,” as incorporated by reference in 40 CFR 260.11(e)(1) and available as noted in Appendix B.
