A large quantity generator shall be a generator that:

1. (a) Generates, in a calendar month:

   1. (1) Equal to or greater than 1,000 kilograms or 2,200 pounds of non-acutely hazardous waste;
   2. (2) Greater than one kilogram or 2.2 pounds of acutely hazardous waste; or
   3. (3) Greater than 100 kilograms or 220 pounds of any residue or contaminated soil, waste, or other debris resulting from the cleanup of a spill of any acutely hazardous waste; or

2. (b) Accumulates, at any time:

   1. (1) Greater than 6,000 kilograms or 13,200 pounds of non-acutely hazardous waste;
   2. (2) Greater than one kilogram or 2.2 pounds of acutely hazardous waste; or
   3. (3) Greater than 100 kilograms or 220 pounds of any residue or contaminated soil, waste, or other debris resulting from the cleanup of a spill of acutely hazardous waste.
